Reach out to existing customers over the phone, to service and to upsell.
Job Summary
1. Making outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries
2. Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by upselling
3. Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirement and suggesting the right product to them
Experience:
1- It is an individual contributor role.
2- Must be a Graduate and have experience.
3- Laptop is mandatory
4- Internet is mandatory
